Waar het leven hoogst veelzijdig is vol van onverwachte wendingen, zal mijn kunst daar een
afspiegeling van zijn. Ik teken of schilder ingegeven door waar op dat moment ‘de wereld’ mee bezig
is. Ik vind daarvoor figuratie duidelijk het beste stijlmiddel ook al ben ik een liefhebber van
geometrische abstractie.

Where life is very multifaceted and full of unexpected twists and turns, my art will be a reflection of that.
Reflection of it. I draw or paint inspired by what “the world” at that moment is doing.
For this, I clearly find that figuration is the best stylistic tool although I am a lover of geometric abstraction.
